Candy writer is the gift that keeps on giving, providing us with a wealth of updates for our favorite text-based life simulator. In this guide, we’re going to detail everything that’s new in the Mind & Body update, including the new Surprise Me option, new diseases, activities, and more.

If you’re completely stuck on how to proceed, or just can’t be bothered, you can now hit Surprise Me whenever you have to make a decision and Billie will choose one at random. So Candy writer wasn’t specific about the exact diseases we can expect to see in Billie post-update, but it did mention something about us using our imagination.

There’s also a new disease system that lets you see the exact symptoms your Billie character is experiencing in all of their nasty glory. Strolls & Speed Walks Presumably, these activities will have a positive impact on your health, but we also kind of hope that they lead to unique encounters too.

We all know how difficult it is to complete New Year’s Resolutions in real life but it is quite easy in Billie. To complete Resolution Challenge in Billie, you simply need to do a few things in the same year.

To do so, you will need to head into Activities and then Mind & Body section and select the gym option from the menu. The third thing you need to do is go into the Mind and & Section and then select the book option from the menu.

The next thing you need to do complete the Resolution challenge in Billie is to go into the Mind and Body section and Tao in the Meditate option. Mind & Body is an activity that can give small bursts of health and smarts to increase your Stats and can even help raise Karma.

In most locations, characters need to be at least 12-13 for meditating or library or 16 to work out at the gym or to take a memory test. This can be done in Prison and juvenile detention (except for a memory test) with gym being free.

In this Billie health guide tutorial, we will show you how to treat all the illnesses. Whether you like it or not, but the probability of your character catching a disease and getting ill is a very much possibility.

And since you are in charge of your player’s health, you have to make sure that he or she remains safe and healthy throughout. However, not all disease requires a visit to the doctor, some could easily be cured at home.

Illness such as a common cold or food poisoning is temporary in nature and in most cases is cured by itself within a few days. However, some diseases like laryngitis require a little of more precautions, and it is better you see a doctor within a second thought.

If both the doctors fail to cure you even after a year has passed, then you might have to look for some alternative ways. These include going to the gym and the library, and performing regular meditations.

Similarly, spending quality time with your parents, spouse, children and loved one's might prove to be quite a healing touch for your character. Then there are issues related to alcohol or drugs, which could have been easily avoided in the first place.

But if your character has become addicted to it, then you shouldn’t waste any more time and directly take him to the rehab. In some cases, even if you don’t have any disease, your health and happiness might see a continuous drop.

Going to the gym, meditations, and spending some time with your loved one's might prove to be beneficial. Until you cross the age of 18, you could only visit the medical doctor, that too with your parents.

The alternative doctors don’t always cure you of disease but will help in increasing your health and happiness stats. Then there is also your school nurse who might treat simple and minor illness, but they might not always cure you.

It’s not a huge boost, but it keeps your character active and healthy throughout their life. Keeping a vegetarian or lighter diet when you reach your 50s and 60s is a great way to ensure your character only eat healthier food.

If your health ever starts to become love, try visiting a doctor, exercising, modifying your diet, or seek other forms of medicine. To boost your happiness, try doing things your character might enjoy, such as reading, spending time with loved ones, with their significant other, or purchasing things they may admire, like a fancy new car.

By keeping all of your green bars up as much as possible and having enough money to visit the doctor when you need to regularly, you should be able to have a long life with your Billie character. Unfortunately, there’s always the random chance something unforeseeable happens, like getting into a fight with someone, and they pull a grenade on you or dying because they have a car run them over.

At the start of your life in Bit life, you need to find out if the country your character is born in has access to recreational marijuana. The countries for this challenge only include the United States, Canada, South Africa, Georgia, and Uruguay.

The third requirement is all about having your character attempt to procreate as quickly as possible and have a perfect relationship with the daughter. Once your child is born and it's a daughter, change their name to Maryland and spend as much time as you can with her.

You can increase your relationship with her by having a conversation, giving her compliments, and finding any way to spend the day with her. The final and likely the hardest requirement is having your character survive on a Hot Cheetos diet for 30 plus years.

When this happens, you can only focus on eating Hot Cheetos for the remainder of the game, and your character’s stats will start to go down quite negatively, noticeably their looks and health. You can attempt to fight this eventual decay by spending time at the gym, meditating, going for long walks, doing Martial Arts, and visiting doctors.

Unfortunately, this is the roughest bit, so you need to do your best to try and maintain a healthy lifestyle before you’re 18 and then continue it moving forward. It does require a bit of luck when attempting to complete it, but once you’re 18, it should be smooth sailing as you try to balance the horrible diet with a healthy and active lifestyle.
