To do that, go to the Trump campaign website, select “Rallies” from the top navigation, and choose the event you want to attend. You’ll need to provide your first and last name, email, mobile number, zip code, and state to get your tickets.

In Montana, some families told the Great Falls Tribune that they’d driven hours with the hope of seeing the president at a July 5 MAGA rally only to be turned away at the door when the arena where Trump was speaking reached capacity. Trump has a busy rally schedule ahead of the November 6 elections. TikTok's users are making videos encouraging people to book free tickets to President Donald Trump's rally this weekend and not show up.

President Donald Trump has proudly said 1 million people have already requested tickets to his rally set to take place Saturday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma. “All of those of us that want to see this 19,000-seat auditorium barely filled or completely empty go reserve tickets now and leave him standing alone there on the stage,” Mary Jo Lapp said in a video she posted last week.

While the stunt might seem clever, it is likely to have a minimal or nonexistent effect on turnout since the Trump campaign has not put a limit on how many people can request tickets. They think if they sign up for tickets, that will leave empty seats,” Erin Terrine, a Trump campaign spokeswoman, told CNN.

The chants heard around the world lasted 13 seconds as President Donald Trump listened to his North Carolina supporters shout, “send her back.” Trump chided his supporters the next day, Thursday, July 18, who chanted “send her back” when he questioned the loyalty of Omar, joining widespread criticism of the campaign crowd’s cry after fellow Republicans warned it could hurt the GOP in next year’s elections.

The sign-up page for tickets to the Tulsa rally did not say what measures would be taken to assure the safety of crowds or whether masks or social distancing would be required. But Trump said Wednesday he picked Tulsa in part because the state has done a good job of stopping the spread of coronavirus.

“I think it’s insane to hold a political rally during a pandemic,” Jonathan Racer, professor of medicine at George Washington University, wrote on Twitter. “It’s also equally crazy to attend such an event, particularly when the candidate requires you to sign a disclaimer holding him harmless if you get COVID-19.

FROM RELEASE: By registering for this event, you understand and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. In attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; the Republican National Committee; the host venue; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury.

LOCATION: The Ellipse in President’s Park (Next to South Lawn of White House) From legal and communications to travel and technology, every penny will make a difference.

Yesterday morning in a tweet, President Trump boasted that some 74,000 tickets have been requested for the arena which has a capacity of just 20,000. “There will be screens outside the venue to watch the rally once capacity is reached,” McEnany said in her statement which also noted that a Trump tailgater” would be held outside from 10 am.

Brevard County Republican Chairman Rick Lacey saw no alternative unless the campaign were to charge for tickets. “We understand that there’s an awful lot of people that are excited to see the President,” he said, noting that his own organization has filled up two 55-seat buses set to depart at noon, charging rally goers $38 round-trip.

“I’d be happy if they could move it to the Citrus Bowl,” Lacey added with a laugh, before noting that the indoor arena is better for some older attendees, including veterans he will be busing. No official reason has been given so far, but political campaigns are always eager to find new ways to add supporters' names to their databases.

Those seeking tickets to the rally are required to provide a cell phone number and email address on the campaign website. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming.

While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Note that this is the only part of the site where political discussion is permitted, but is regulated by the Pundit. Much will be said about the fact that these actions threaten the core of our democracy and undermine the rule of law.

And there will be no shortage of debate and discussion about the role Trump played in giving rise to this kind of extreme behavior. This is, like so much of American politics, about race, racism and white Americans’ stubborn commitment to white dominance, no matter the cost or the consequence. Since on this site there's been so much ink spilled comparing and contrasting left versus right protests, and several people have said 'anything is justified if MY SIDE claims it' (usually accusing the other side of holding that belief) let's talk about the differences between these protests.

Clearly it was overturning the election results that showed Biden winning over Trump. Meanwhile, we accept that governments exist to secure life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The 'Stop the Steal' makes me uncomfortable because clearly millions of self-styled 'Patriots' are willing to abandon the rule of law and Democratic government to ensure their preferred ruler is installed. Breaking into the Capitol building was bad, but the protest was legitimate from a 1st Amendment perspective.
